Assessment

We start by understanding the athlete: background, history, current condition, goals, and constraints.

This phase defines the baseline and identifies strengths, limitations, and development priorities.

Monitoring

Performance evolves through constant observation. We track training data, phisiological responses, and subjective feedback.

The process is constinuosly evaluated to ensure consistency and adaptation.

Planning

Based on the assessment, we design a structured long-term plan aligned with the athlete’s objectives and context.
